1608 Niche Designs was founded by its Creative Director Irene Melinda Nantumbwe who is a qualified wedding planner and an active member of the UK Alliance of wedding planners. Irene decided to pursue her passion for events management after attaining her Law degree and a Masters in Business Administration where she quickly found her ground in establishing a legitimate business through the knowledge and experience she has acquired along the way. Based in London, Irene has since hosted a variety of events that have established her as a reliable host as well as a strategic planner who engages with, and seamlessly integrates, all cultures, backgrounds and individual styles in her quest to establish herself as a household name and a global brand for events management.
