WHAT WE DO AS WEDDING PLANNERS
A wedding planner is kind of like the clients’ guide through the process of organizing their wedding.
In the end, it’s the clients’ day and it should look, feel, and run the way they choose. Our job is to walk you through the steps of coordinating the wedding and getting to the altar, and your reception on the big day without a hitch.
Even though we’ll be guiding you throughout the planning process, we’ll complete most of the tasks ourselves (carry the load for you).
We are the expert, and we’ve taken on the responsibility of organizing the details.
As our clients, however, you’ll be consulted regularly and will have the final word on most -if you like, all – matters.
While you organize your family and friends (we are willing to help with that too), we will coordinate food, beverages, flowers, linens, furniture, venues, entertainment, and innumerable other details.
We will make lists, draft the budget, file information, keep track of dates, and solve problems along the way.
But that’s not all, once everything is in place, we’ll be there to give 100% support on your big day, making sure nothing goes wrong and fixing things that do. With us, your family members and friends can take their seats, cheer you on, and breathe in every moment of your day while we run everything. Our basic duty is to plan, but our role really is multifaceted.
